Part-time Salesperson / Service Tech
We are looking to grow our retail staff for the 2019 season, starting now! The ideal candidate will have a passion for cycling, be organized and detail oriented, and have the ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently and efficiently. You will be cross-trained for simple service, so a solid knowledge base for bicycle repairs and diagnosis would be ideal, although we are willing to train the right individual.
Duties will include answering the phones, greeting and directing customers, providing knowledge of products and service that the shop offers, inventory receiving and display, customer service, maintaining the appearance of the front end and service area, on-the-spot repairs, bike building.
20hrs per week. Part-time off-season Fall/Winter hours now will set you up for Full-time in-season hours, May through October, competitive wage + benefits for permanent employment if you’re awesome!

Customer service experience is a must. Demonstrable passion for bicycles required.
Bicycle Shop Sales / Inventory Manager
This is a new position for us in our new location, and we are testing the waters. The vibe has got to be right - you will be joining a dedicated staff and be working closely with the owners on a day to day basis. We are looking to start training the right individual now, so that by Spring/Summer 2019, you will be a rockstar!
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and be a clear, friendly and thoughtful communicator and leader. Additionally, this candidate must also demonstrate a passion for bicycles and possess a solid base-knowledge of product and the cycling community.
Duties will include all those of a Salesperson or Service Tech (as the majority of your days will be spent on the sales floor interacting with customers) so you've got to be dedicated to knowing our products and services like the back of your hand, all while excelling at customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for staff scheduling and training, cash handling, and inventory management - including buying product and meeting with suppliers and reps.
Full-time. Must be available Saturdays, especially in-season, May-October.
Only candidates with bike shop or managerial experience will be considered for this position.
