Bicycle Service Tech(s)

We are seeking to fill one or more bicycle mechanic positions as we ramp up for
the 2017 season. We work on all sorts of bikes here, from 10-speeds to
recumbents and full carbon race bikes. The bulk of the work will be mechanical,
but this position will involve ALL duties necessary to keep the shop running
smoothly, including: service work, service writing, ordering, inventory receiving,
store cleanup, bike building, warranty work, and most importantly, customer
service.

20-40 hrs per week. Part-time/Full-time Seasonal hours available, May through
October, with real long term potential. Must be available Saturdays.
Only candidates with bike shop experience will be considered for this position.
Any candidate must take direction from, and work closely with the owners to
keep the workflow progressing smoothly.

Salesperson(s)

We are looking to grow our retail staff for the 2017 season and beyond! The ideal
candidate will have a passion for cycling, be organized and detail oriented, and
have the ability to prioritize tasks, and work independently and efficiently. As a
small shop, you will be cross-trained for simple service, so a solid knowledge base
for bicycle repairs and diagnosis would be ideal, although we are willing to train
the right individual.

Duties will include answering the phones, greeting and directing customers,
providing knowledge of products and service that the shop offers, inventory
receiving and display, customer service, maintaining the appearance of the front
end and service area, on-the-spot repairs, bike building.

20-40 hrs per week. Part-time/Full-time Seasonal hours available, May through
October, with long term managerial potential, competitive wage + benefits for
permanent employment if you’re awesome! Must be available Saturdays.
Customer service experience is a must.
